FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The 15% booking deposit is non-negotiable. You must pay this to reserve a time. I will not add you to my calendar without this.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I get a new lead through thumbtack they go through the following steps: 1. Fill out general inquiry form? This gives me all your photoshoot details 2. Agreement / Booking Deposit Depending on the photoshoot, we may need to have an agreement in place. For all shoots, a booking deposit is required to reserve a time on my calendar. 3. Photo Time! We may need some preparation prior to our shoot. Depending on the shoot we will do a call or just text. Either way, I want to make sure everything goes accordingly to plan and the event/shoot goes as smooth as possible! 4. Payment & Photo Processing Final payment is due on the day of the event/shoot. I will not touch photos until payment is processed. Once this is complete I will begin editing. Editing usually takes 2-3 weeks. After this is done, clients receive a link which allows them to download all their photos! Yes, it’s that simple!
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A very popular request right now is elopement photos. This can take anywhere from 1 hour to 2 hours. It all depends on the client and how comfortable they are in front of the camera. Keep this in mind when viewing pricing and booking!
