FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer chooses my services, the first thing I do is ask for more information and details about the photographic needs (if mot already specified.) Once this is complete I send an invoice for the services I plan on performing and a booking fee. This booking fee is usually around 15% and it is required to schedule an appointment with me. Once this payment is processed, no one can take your time slot and we wait for our photoshoot day to arrive. After photos have been taken, it’s time to edit photos. This can take up to 2 weeks to process. I will email you an invoice to confirm the final payment. Once this is paid in full, I will give you the photographs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My day job is engineering, so I’m a bit of a perfectionist. This helps me a lot when it comes to editing and especially when I am trying to get that perfect shot.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
A very popular request right now is graduation photos. This can take anywhere from 30 mins to 1 hour. It all depends on the client and how comfortable they are in front of the camera. Keep this in mind when viewing pricing and booking!
