Samir is the owner of Cactus Prime Powerwashing he dies excellent work. I wish I took a before photo of my pool deck. It was covered in dirt after a desert storm and the area rug was practically caked onto the surface. I was in need of someone to clean it with both a rotating scrubber (to get into the crevices of my old pool deck) and also a standard power washing spray to move all the dirt to my French drain. Samir has it all and the pool deck was so clean when he was finished you could eat off it! I was able to save $5K in a new pool deck by caulking the cracks and painting it over with Olympic brand patio and pool deck paint. Attached are photos after the cleaning and after my DIY paint job. My deck looks good as new! I highly recommend Cactus Prime power washing and will use Samir again for future outdoor cleanings.

Samir was AMAZING and incredibly responsive, reasonably priced, quick to come out, and incredibly thorough. We wanted all of our travertine in our backyard and patio plus tables and chairs and couches cleaned for the nice fall weather after dusty monsoon season. He took EVERYTHING off the patio for us, rugs and all, and made sure everything was washed off and clean and debris-free. It feels so nice to walk on now!! And our furniture is so much cleaner and refreshed. We will 100% be calling him back to clean everything off again whenever we need this task done.

Samir really helped me out. Besides cleaning my tile roof which was very dirty and is difficult to access, he cleared a clogged roof drain that was causing problems during our recent heavy rain. We had originally scheduled for a Monday due to the weather forecast but I was experiencing a leak due to the drain being plugged. The rain let up and he came out promptly on Saturday. Later that evening we experienced even more heavy rain and I hate to think what would have happened without the drain being cleared!
