Really can't say enough great things about my experience with Samir and the work he was able to provide. Through consistent communication, I was provided clear instructions on how the process was going to work, images of the job throughout the process, and a result that I couldn't be more satisfied with. I hired Samir at Cactus Prime Power Washing LLC for a pretty wide-ranging job, and he absolutely knocked it out of the park. He handled the standard exterior stuff—garage, driveway, front walk, stoop, and back patio—with total professional ease, but the real test was my interior.

I have very complicated, hand-scraped "café" bamboo floors that I’m incredibly picky about. At my request, Samir actually came out ahead of time to look at the job and did a test clean on a section of the flooring to prove he could handle the texture without damaging it. That kind of thoroughness is rare.

His pricing was more than fair (honestly, a bit too reasonable for the quality of work!), and he was super flexible with payment, though he does prefer Zelle. Beyond the work, Samir is just a good-natured, funny guy who stays in great communication throughout the process. It was a seamless experience from start to finish. I’d hire him again in a heartbeat.

Samir did a fantastic job cleaning my rather large and very dirty patio. It looks like new, he really went above and beyond and cleaned all my patio furniture and sliding doors as well! He was a real pleasure to work with, affordable and very hard working! I look forward to hiring him again!

Samir was AMAZING and incredibly responsive, reasonably priced, quick to come out, and incredibly thorough. We wanted all of our travertine in our backyard and patio plus tables and chairs and couches cleaned for the nice fall weather after dusty monsoon season. He took EVERYTHING off the patio for us, rugs and all, and made sure everything was washed off and clean and debris-free. It feels so nice to walk on now!! And our furniture is so much cleaner and refreshed. We will 100% be calling him back to clean everything off again whenever we need this task done.
