Samir was amazing and very thoughtful about his work. We had solar panels that haven’t been cleaned in a long time with a birds nest that was starting to be put together. He not only cleaned the panels perfectly, but also reinforced areas that had gaps or were broken. I would highly recommend the company and look forward to using them for other things in the future.

Samir did a fantastic job cleaning my rather large and very dirty patio. It looks like new, he really went above and beyond and cleaned all my patio furniture and sliding doors as well! He was a real pleasure to work with, affordable and very hard working! I look forward to hiring him again!

Samir, the owner, responded quickly and respectfully to my requests, providing a fair quote for cleaning my gutters that hadn't been cleaned in many years. He was very punctual, friendly, knowledgeable about my situation, explained things well, did a great job, and left my whole area much cleaner than it was before. Very professional and pleasant to do business with. I highly recommend Cactus Prime for any power washing projects you may have.

Samir is the owner of Cactus Prime Powerwashing he dies excellent work. I wish I took a before photo of my pool deck. It was covered in dirt after a desert storm and the area rug was practically caked onto the surface. I was in need of someone to clean it with both a rotating scrubber (to get into the crevices of my old pool deck) and also a standard power washing spray to move all the dirt to my French drain. Samir has it all and the pool deck was so clean when he was finished you could eat off it! I was able to save $5K in a new pool deck by caulking the cracks and painting it over with Olympic brand patio and pool deck paint. Attached are photos after the cleaning and after my DIY paint job. My deck looks good as new! I highly recommend Cactus Prime power washing and will use Samir again for future outdoor cleanings.
