Introduction: Here is a quick summary of our services: 1.) We market and advertise your property on 50+ websites plus property signage 2.) We conduct thorough checks of background, criminal, credit, employment, and rental history 3.) We handle all lease document signing 4.) Coordinate maintenance with our own maintenance staff or subcontractors 5.) Inspect your property 6.) Collect rents, serve notices, and handle evictions, if needed 7.) Provide detailed monthly accounting statements and notifications online, and also offer direct deposit options 8.) File Monthly Privilege Taxes for your property Our fees are quite simple: 10% of collected rent, normally with a current special of a $75 flat fee monthly (if your property is vacant, there is no management fee) and a one-time setup fee of $395 for your first property ($99 for each additional property you add). Included in your setup fee is our marketing campaign that includes 50+ websites, property signage, and section 8 advertising (if desired). Our package includes the top 3 rental sites in the US. We do not charge a leasing fee, lease up fee or lease commission, nor do we require any maintenance reserve deposits from you!
