Introduction: We offer full-charge/full-service property management serving local, out of state, and owners/investors residing abroad. We do the following: leasing, tenant screening, move-ins/move-outs, property inspections, evictions, collections, maintenance, bookkeeping/accounting, owner's draws, and HOA violations for a mixed portfolio of properties for single-family residential, complexes and multifamily homes with multi-site supervision/management, condo conversion, retail, office, executive office suites, mini storage, and HOA community management. We also provide bookkeeping services -- AP, AR, P&L, balance sheets, general journal entries, trust accounts, account reconciliations, deposits, multiple sets of accounting books, owner's draws, rental taxes, property taxes, and AIA/construction draws. We do contract coordination/administration, maintenance coordination, and scheduling and property inspections. We are a liaison between brokers, property owners, tenants and HOA personnel.
