FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by asking a lot of questions and listening carefully to the responses. I must know what my new customers want and need in order to provide the level of service I believe everyone deserves. Once we get through that initial "get to know you" I encourage open communication throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed the 90 hours of initial education before passing both school and state tests and I complete at least 24 hours of continuing education every two years in addition to weekly and monthly training sessions with my brokerage. This keeps me up to date on the latest regulations and trends in the real estate industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been in sales for over two decades and always had an eye on real estate. When I moved to Arizona from Minnesota, it just seemed like the natural time to make that transition. I love real estate because it keeps me moving and, with four times as much sunshine as I saw in Minnesota, I appreciate the opportunity to get out and enjoy it. More importantly, I get an opportunity to help people through one of the most important financial transactions they will ever make and providing such an important service to people feels like what I was meant to do.
