Mike was very pleasant and professional in installing the bathroom faucet. Some parts were apparently missing in the box however Mike was able to obtain parts from his own supplies to complete the job. Mike arrived at the time he stated which is important to me. So many times you wait all day for the repairman but Mike was very prompt and continued messaging me as to his arrival time. I am elated that I now have a functional faucet in my bathroom. Job well done Mike !!
