Brian was extremely responsive, timely, punctual, efficient, and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with the job. I had Brian complete a last-minute roof repair, replacing damaged underlayment, plywood, and added missing flashing. I requested a bid, he arrived early the next day to view the job, and had me scheduled to complete the work two days after. At the conclusion of the job, there were a couple tiles that were not set quite flush (was done intentionally to keep debris from collecting in the corner), per my request, Brian happily offered to come set them uniformly the same day. Thank you Brian for a positive experience. I look forward to doing business again.

I had a leak in my garage that I thought was coming from the roof. 'Glad I hired Sosa instead of the other roofing company who gave me an estimate, as they would've shown up and started tearing apart my roof. Sosa determined that the problem was from the ground, not the roof. A trench was dug and lined with rocks that should last for years. 'Problem solved. I did think that they were overpriced ($1,100 for a bunch of rocks and three guys digging for about three hours.) But, they solved the problem, and they did make three trips out here overall, as well as having to make the trip to pick up the rocks, haul the rocks etc. I'm just glad the problem was solved.

Some roof tiles blew off my single story home in the last storm we had.

I reached out to 4 companies to get quotes. Sosa Roofing got back to me the same day and scheduled an appointment to quote on the work within a couple of days.

I received an official quote in writing, we discussed the details of the job and agreed a price.

Within a short space of time Sosa Roofing came out to do the work, he replaced all the agreed tiles and fixed two extra in the front that no one was aware of. He took the broken tiles away with him.

I loved that this company turned up when they said they would, stuck to the agreed price, did great work and followed up with a receipt for my records. Also very reasonable price for the work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go on the roof and look around to see the damage done to the existing roof, take various pictures from different angles to capture damage. I write up a report and give it to the homeowner with what needs to be done and all the pictures.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been roofing from a young age and I have had experience from working with different journeyman. I am a licensed contractor & roofer as well.
