Brian was extremely responsive, timely, punctual, efficient, and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with the job. I had Brian complete a last-minute roof repair, replacing damaged underlayment, plywood, and added missing flashing. I requested a bid, he arrived early the next day to view the job, and had me scheduled to complete the work two days after. At the conclusion of the job, there were a couple tiles that were not set quite flush (was done intentionally to keep debris from collecting in the corner), per my request, Brian happily offered to come set them uniformly the same day. Thank you Brian for a positive experience. I look forward to doing business again.

Details: Flashing needs to be repaired or replaced • Single-level building • 11 - 20 years old • Clay or concrete tile • No, the project is not covered by an insurance claim • Residential

Brian and Sosa Roofing did a great job assessing the roof issues and repairing the damage. Brian went above and beyond in setting up a convenient time to meet me to provide the initial review and quote. He started the project timely and he arrived when he said he would-which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Brian and Sosa Roofing and I will use them in the future should the need arise.
