Brian was extremely responsive, timely, punctual, efficient, and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied with the job. I had Brian complete a last-minute roof repair, replacing damaged underlayment, plywood, and added missing flashing. I requested a bid, he arrived early the next day to view the job, and had me scheduled to complete the work two days after. At the conclusion of the job, there were a couple tiles that were not set quite flush (was done intentionally to keep debris from collecting in the corner), per my request, Brian happily offered to come set them uniformly the same day. Thank you Brian for a positive experience. I look forward to doing business again.

Our shingle roof needs maintenance. Sosa Roofing does end to end maintenance service to our roof. They arrived on time, patched all the exposed nails and areas where water can penetrate, and replaced shingles with closest matching ones. They cleaned all the gutters that was clogged due to tree leaves, granule runoff, etc. Even when I was not at home, they cleaned up the areas around the house of all the dirts/materials that were blewed from the roof. Overall, really happy with the service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go on the roof and look around to see the damage done to the existing roof, take various pictures from different angles to capture damage. I write up a report and give it to the homeowner with what needs to be done and all the pictures.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been roofing from a young age and I have had experience from working with different journeyman. I am a licensed contractor & roofer as well.
