- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies by location and sizing of the home,apt,office....I am happy to offer some type of discount to first time customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Speaking with the customer and setting up sometime to visit the space to see how much of a load we are dealing with. Unless it's an urgent move then that process is quick.
