FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My policy is the offer a Free First Lesson for all new clients so we can get to know each other and see if my studio will be a good fit for you as a student. After the first lesson I will send a rate sheet fully describing my rate structure and outlining scholarship funding for students who require assistance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In the Free First Lesson I'll ask about your background and your goals for lessons. We'll work on a plan for improving your skills and do some exercises together while getting to know each other. After the first lesson we'll discuss how frequently and for how long we'd like to continue lessons, then I'll build you a practice page on my website where you can find videos, recordings, and PDFs of exercises and material to work on in your practice.
