Hi, my name is Fabian. I pay attention to detail and treat every assignment as if I’m working on my own home. I have 6 years of electrical experience, I started my career doing full residential wire installs and then moved onto doing commercial electrical. I ran a crew installing solar panels/backup batteries/ and generators in 2020. I’ve been doing service calls since November 2020, I can help with the majority of electrical problems you may have.
I DO NOT upgrade main panels, since I’m not licensed for it and require a permit on your end.
I CAN work on sub panels.
I DO NOT dig/trench. Only if it’s possible. Extra charge if I do.
I WILL NOT do work out of Code!
I DO NOT do yard work or install ground yard lighting, I am not a landscaper
I DO NOT install doggy doors or assemble furniture
I DO NOT move boxes.
I DO NOT texture/drywall or paint. I cut a piece and place it back, nothing more.
I DO NOT install doors.
I DO NOT install appliances, I can connect them.
I DO NOT clean pools or maintenance them
I DO NOT install windows
I DO NOT install tile
I DO NOT install cabinets
I DO NOT replace water heaters. I can connect them.
If I have to move furniture in order to complete the work you requested, I will bill you for it, please be considerate and make room for the tasks you’re requesting.

Some of my basic pricing & Types of services:
$65 trip charge for on site estimates
$80 an hour for residential inspections/troubleshooting or diagnostics.
$40 to remove fans or chandeliers
$20 to remove lights fixtures
$80 to install a fan
$135 an hour for labor residential or commercial which includes drive time
$350 for non existing wiring installs for fans/lights/chandeliers (wiring and box install only, does not include the install of the fixture) per fixture, residential only.
