Our customer service from the first phone call to the time we spend cleaning/fixing your pool, and the reasonable price is excellent. We take pride in everything we do, and care about the people we are working for.
We love the people. The service industry can have it's ups and downs, but when we complete a job and the customer is satisfied, that's what makes us want to keep doing what we do everyday.

They we're out here to do the job within 2 days. They called to set the appointment then the technician called when he was on his way. He arrived on't on time. He was very knowledgeable. He worked throughly and quickly. Then they followed up with reommendations and work orders. they explained everything to a first-time pool owner.

Aqua Shine replaced the filler crock on my pool. Of course, the week after my home inspection, we had a leak under the concrete on our pool decking. We were under a strict timeline and Aqua Shine worked with us to complete project before the new buyers did their final walkthrough.

These guys are amazing.. I had tons of junk in my pool for their very first visit caused by our landscapers on the previous day. Aqua Shine showed up on time, introduced themselves, cleaned the pool and emailed me a report in less than 30 minutes. The pool looked brand new.. I'm so glad I picked this company. I don't know a thing about taking care of a pool, but with these guys I don't need to worry about it.

I had fantastic experience with Aqua Shine this summer. During one of the heavy rains, my motor went out. I called Aqua Shine per recommendation from a friend. The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and polite. They sent someone out the very next day. My pool is up and running again!
