- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have 3 levels of service. Pool Chemical Service Where all chemicals are included-which includes a light brushing and skimmer basket cleaning ($49.95 per month). Pool Chemicals with filter maintenance which includes the chemical service details along with filter backwashing and all basket cleaning ($69.95 per month) Salt pools include salt and cell cleaning with this service, and Full cleaning service ($95 per month bi-weekly and Weekly cleaning is $125 per month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After we receive contact information, we call or email to set up a time to look at the pool and advise on what needs to be done. Many times we are able to set up on going service over the phone with a few questions and answers. We do a complete pool checkup before each customer is started on our service to ensure the equipment is working properly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have certified repair technicians who do contiuneing education with various products we install. Every service tech is fully trained in house. All employees are checked out prior to hiring for any undisclosed marks against them.
