- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lemonade Tax Services is a no-surprise transparent pricing firm. Because we value your time, our pricing is clearly listed on our website so you can make an informed decision. If you're unsure about your tax filing needs, share your tax situation with us. We'll help you understand your tax obligation and provide you with a detailed quotation of services...before any work is done. In the tax profession, you will encounter tax preparers, enrolled agents, and CPAs. I am a licensed Certified Public Accountant and as such, I'm held to the highest professional standards. Unfortunately, many clients have come to me with expensive IRS issues after previously employing a preparer who was ill-equipped to handle the complexities of their return, or after having used a fly-by-night tax shop offering the cheapest prices. You will be able to find a less expensive option. There are those preparers who focus on volume, and not accuracy. That's not our business model. We are focused on delivering a premium quality service and developing long-term relationships with our clients. I believe my expertise can provide you with a great deal of value in the long run and you can rest easy knowing your tax obligations with the IRS and your state taxing authority have been met professionally...in an accurate and precise manner.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to keep things simple! Our tax prep for ANY client involves four easy steps. 1) We have you register on our website and complete your client survey using our client portal (safeguarded with bank-level security). 2) We review your information, ask for additional information we may need, and verify the price. 3) We prepare your tax return(s) remotely for you to review. 4) Settle your invoice and we will file your return with the IRS and applicable state taxing authorities.
