What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I would come out to the property and do a walkthrough with the customer. Then I will create an estimate. After that we would order parts if needed and set a time for install/service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certificates for Crestron, Lutron programming.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out in this field as a contractor for Cox. After that I was a Lighting Programmer, then worked for a few AV companies in Scottsdale AZ. Now I have started my own business.
