FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I definitely need to be earning money (as we do), but we are pretty flexible and can work within almost any budget. Things that will make something more expensive are multiple cameras, extra editing, or far travel. Things that make something less expensive are advanced notice, later deadlines (for final edited videos), and most of all, recurring work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My goal is to handle as much as possible so my clients don’t need to worry about anything, while still being as involved as they like. I like to first hear exactly what they’re looking for. Then work to plan exactly what would be needed (dates, locations, budget, etc.) and how to execute it.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started making videos and fell in love with filmmaking! I decided then that all I wanted to do for a living was filmmaking.
