- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process of hiring Nupetal is quick and simple. We can schedule a time to meet or chat over the phone, whichever is best and convenient for you. This is the perfect time to be able to learn about you and for you to learn about us to see if we are the best fit for your wedding. We have a $150 retainer to save the date, and a contract that describes everything in detail. After that, final payment is due prior to the wedding date. Photography is edited and available 14 days after the wedding. Videos are fully edited and available to view 30 days after the wedding date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are all professional photographers and filmmakers with degrees in film and video production and/or a related field. All of our creative minds have at least 10 years of experience in photography, videography as well as editing.
