- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My primary offering is a retainer service that gives support at an affordable flat rate. Though I'll work with nearly anyone, regardless of my rates. You'll just need to let me know your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For locals, an in person consult, then determining what will benefit them most. For non locals, phone consult and remote session to determine best route.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm mostly self taught. My degree plays a little, but most of what I know has been from years experience and thousands of hours of research.
