Every part of our experience with Tru Grit was exceptional start to finish!Jordan came out quickly after we discovered a leak in our ceiling that we weren't sure how long had been there. I felt a bit silly for calling as it wasnt a very big leak and being concerned about mold, but Jordan was very reassuring and walked me step by step through his process. It was so helpful to see what he was looking for- he is incredibly genuine and honest. He could have used this as an opportunity to scare me into additional unnecessary work to make a quick buck but instead he put my mind at ease and was genuinely happy for me that it was such a simple and affordable fix!I love supporting local businesses that are honest, affordable, and hardworking and Tru Grit is definitely on my list! I plan to refer them to anyone I know who ends up needing restoration work and highly recommend them.

Highly recommend. We had water damage in our ceiling and were worried about potential mold. Jordan and his team came out to the house next day (could have come same day!) and identified the issue and we settled on plan of action immediately. Thanks to their quick action we avoided larger issues!Also want to mention that my best interest was truly prioritized here. I've seen other companies push to do more work than necessary in order to trigger an insurance claim so they can maximize profits through insurance companies. Tru Grit was open and honest about the situation and my options and we were able to address the damage without costs going through the roof (pun intended) as well as the long term negative impact of an insurance claim.I hope I don't have any, but I will only be using Tru Grit for any future restoration services!

Jordan and his team were such a pleasure to work with. We purchasing a new/used home and having a mold issue was the last thing we needed. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on numerous factors. clean water, dirty water, amount of equipment on job etc. However every single invoice is reviewed with a team member to make sure it is 100% accurate. We also have a custom price list for non insurance claim jobs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Several IICRC certificates and a CR61 state license. We are fully insured and bonded.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Several years working in the Roofing and Restoration industry.
