Giving a 5 star review, John was on time- when he gave a heads up- when he expected to be here. He was thorough in his inspection. He did a great job. I will be calling for next year's water heater flushing and plumbing inspection.

North Valley Mechanical has a new name: Way Cool Plumbing and Air. But they still provide outstanding service. Brett is a highly competent and honest tech. I have trusted Brett over the past few years so much that I'm currently purchasing a new HVAC system with them. I spoke with their sales rep, John, and I feel certain they have given me a fair price with applicable parts and labor warranties. If you're in need of any HVAC service, give them a call.
