- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For each project we develop an estimate for the client for the hours required to complete it. No two estimates are alike just as no two clients have the same needs, goals and desires.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The technology and techniques in our industry change daily. We all spend lots of time keeping up with current trends and what's possible in the world of Web design. We'll also occasionally attend trade shows and workshops to keep abreast of the changes in the industry.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Back in the 90's our existing client's who were photography, multimedia and design client's asked us to build their website . We jumped in headfirst and now website design and related services are all we do.
