It is sometimes hard to find trades that communicate well, show up on time, and do the job beyond expectation. Matt and his crew did more than that. I can't express sufficiently the great job they did and the professionalism they displayed. Our business is located in down town PHX and needs TLC! Matt was a pleasure to work with. He showed up at the agreed upon time. He arrived with a truck-mounted power washing machine. He was thorough and agreeable to extra work once he arrived. I will be calling on him again.

What types of customers have you worked with?
While I do the typical pressure washing jobs (degreasing driveways & parking areas, building baths, cleaning efflorecence from concrete etc.) I get a lot of work cleaning commercial and residential awnings.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I was contracted by The City of Surprise to clean their baseball stadium in preparation for the 2015 Spring Training season.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
There are different cleaning methods and products. You should ask how a professional intends to perform the cleaning and what types of products are involved such as "Green" biodegradable and safe products or hazardous products. Also find out what kind of equipment they are using.
