- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing posted on the app is a very rough estimate. Once I gather more detail on the size of the property and the precise amount of work to be done, an accurate and clear estimate will be explained.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We simply gather info on the project the client needs done, I also look up the address online to get a quick look at the property via google satellite and this usually allows us to accurately asses the job. If the project is much larger than a standard home, in person bids will be done to ensure accuracy and transparency.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve been trained in high rise window cleaning, drops (scaling), and certified in operating high rise stages and various pieces of equipment.
