Renee was amazing! Friendly, fun and very much flexible to adjust the class based on our skill set and capabilities! We very much enjoyed having her come to us and bring all of the mats and blankets :) We hope to attend another one of her classes again next time we're in Scottsdale!

Renee was awesome! She came to do a mini Meditation for my friends and I. It was a perfect meditation outside and she taught us a lot and even brought gifts. Reneé was great to work with and very responsive. The event was running behind and she still was able to accommodate us. And she is soooo calm and relaxed! I’m looking forward to attending another workshop she does.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing will depend on the length of the class, how many participants, and how often classes are scheduled.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer every new student a free 20 minute phone consultation/discovery session to determine if I am the right coach/instructor for you or your group. I also have an intake form requesting information so that I can tailor a your session for your specific needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Nationally Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), Yoga Alliance Certified E-RYT200, and a certified Yoga Nidra Facilitator (guided meditations). I am a Level One Integrative Restoration iRest® Teacher. I also have 30 additional hours of Prenatal training and 60 hours of Yoga for Cancer patients. I have also taken additional courses in Mindfulness. I have over 100 hours of additional training in meditation. I am CPR/AED Certified.
