Introduction
I offer a variety of private yoga and meditation techniques to people of all levels and all walks of life, including level 1 to 3 vinyasa, power flow, hatha, yin/restorative and nidra.
I also offer other healing services such as the following:
* Qi Renewal (combination of reiki, aromatherapy, East Indian face massage and acupressure)
* Spiritual Coaching (providing the space for emotional breakthroughs and releasing blockages/imbalances and helping you through the awakening process and using meditation as the guiding tool for each session)
* Sound Therapy (guided relaxation using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls)
All of these modalities, along with yoga and meditation help you to achieve balance, inner-independence and emotional freedom to live a life with more peace, love and grace.

Together with Rev.Thalia, I was able to explore my imagination and spirituality in a safe and respectful manner. Thus giving me access to grounding techniques, access to my highest self and ever day techniques on how to nurture my body.

When i met Thalia, I was brand new into the field of yoga and meditation. Everything initially that was taught and shown to me was completely foreign. Almost instantly, that all changed. I not only gain great knowledge of yoga and meditation but at this point, I've gain a new mind state which has allowed me to grow at a phenomenal rate.
