Introduction: Hello, I am both a registered yoga instructor with the Registered Yoga Alliance and a sound healing facilitator with 3 years of instruction and experience. I received my 200 hour RYT certification in Chiang Mai, Thailand with the Path of Yoga school based out of the UK, studying Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa flow as well as Pranayama breathing practice and meditation. I went on to receive a 20 hour certification in Gravity Yoga, a slow and restorative targeted flexibility training to release tension and muscle tightness in the body. My number one priority is safety for my students so I focus on empowering students to learn lasting techniques that will improve their practice outside of my class. I want students to feel confident both on and off the mat, in my classes and other classes, whether one-on-one or in a group setting. I want people to walk away from our sessions feeling better in their mind, body, and spirit! SPECIALS: New student Targeted Flexibility special: Buy one/get one HALF OFF class offer for new students for 90 minute yoga class + sound healing session

Going to Lisas yoga classes is a phenomenal experience! She is always extremely professional and responds very well to each persons needs in the class. You can tell that this instructor has put in endless hours of work, and dedication to become an expert in each style of yoga, sound healing, and breath work. I was so amazed. My biggest concern with yoga was flexibility. I took a yoga class once where I hurt myself really bad due to overstretching, and doing the poses incorrectly. I explained this to Lisa and she was able to help educate me and cater our lesson to where every move, pose, and breath benefited me and my body!! Weather you attend a group class, a sound healing lesson, or a private lesson with Lisa, I promise you will not be disappointed. This Yogi has a passion for teaching, and is dedicated to helping others.

Learning yoga from Lisa was an incredible experience. I’ve tried yoga with various other practitioners and she was the best out of all of them. She was very mindful of previous injuries and made sure I knew I could take it easy. I also loved her integration of reminders of mindful breath, which I have found lacking in other yoga experiences. Overall, I would suggest her for your yoga journey.

Current Discounts: New student Targeted Flexibility special: Buy one/get one HALF OFF class offer for new students for 90 minute yoga class + sound healing session

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I require that new customers answer brief questions regarding experience and injuries/imbalances to ensure safety and understanding before session. What to expect in our session (90 minute yoga and sound healing): I take time prior to starting class to go deeper about physical/mental/emotional discomfort using my sound healing instruments to gauge imbalances. Slow and gentle flow/targeted flexibility yoga helps to bring mindfulness into our session using movement and breath. I close out the session with 20-30 minutes of deep relaxation using sound healing instruments including crystal bowls, gong, chimes, tuning forks, drums, flute and rattle. I assign them 15 minutes per week (about 3 poses to practice daily) and encourage them to see me once a week for a month to see improvement.
