Wow - there aren't enough words for Donna and her team! My husband and I planned a last-minute mirco-wedding in the middle of the pandemic and in the thick of the hot Arizona summer (July 18th - it was 108 degrees!). Donna was ready for the challenge: to feed about 70, compose a menu that adheres to different diets (vegan), AND keep everyone safe. Some don't think of a fairytale wedding coming together in a month, but Donna was part of the dream team that made it happen - and I would not change a thing! The Advantage team was so kind to our guests, the setup was beautiful and clean, and Donna made me feel at ease with her frequent communication, creativity, open-mind and her wide-range of wedding knowledge and experience. The staff was attentive and truly a joy to share our special day with. Donna, I cannot thank you enough!

Donna and her team were incredibly helpful for our wedding reception. Donna had just about everything we could possibly need for our reception and even spent time decorating and making the space beautiful. Donna is very responsive and a delight to work with. I highly recommend Donna and her team for any event where you need someone reliable on your team.

We hired Donna for day-of-coordinating for our wedding and trust me, Donna is the holy grail of wedding planners. My husband and I were doing a mini-destination wedding and she handled EVERYTHING. She did it all - from preparing my timeline, contacting all my vendors, running the rehearsal (when I was literally clueless) to actual day-of perfection. She made our ceremony site, cocktail hour and reception look STUNNING. She knew my vision, ran with it and nailed it. She even let me borrow her ceremony arch, ceremony lanterns and some table arrangements for our cocktail tables - at no additional cost! There wasn't one thing that night that did not run smoothly. I HIGHLY recommend Donna - she is a true professional at what she does and is one of the sweetest human beings I've ever met. Thank you Donna for making our wedding completely stress-free and absolutely beautiful. We will have so many wonderful memories for decades to come!

Advantage Events created a Find Your Beach theme for my daughter's bridal shower for a very reasonable price. It was everything & more than I expected. We met a couple of times at venue and communicated frequently via email. She provided pictures and ideas of her own and incorporated ideas from my daughter and myself to make it personal and one of a kind. We enjoyed a fun day with a variety of food (all fresh & tasty), chocolate fountain and S'more bar, Mimosa bar, beach chairs & sand, Corona on ice, photo props and so much more......the décor was over the top! Donna & Brianna were attentive to all of us throughout the shower. They took charge of set up & tear down. I highly recommend Advantage Events and will use them again for any future get together with friends & family. Thank you Donna for creating a day full of memories that will not be forgotten.
