- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates are generally on a sliding scale. Expect a different rate for onsite as opposed to Remote work. Some projects are flat-rated when done off-site and decreases the project rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For any onsite work, a quick phone call will occur in advance in order to get a better idea of the work/project that is needed. For remote work, a preliminary phone call will occur before beginning the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have roughly 5 total years of training. This includes Tech School, boot camps, and multiple industry related certifications.
