- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I know how the economy these days is difficult and tough. I myself have experienced such thing, therefore I try my best to understand my clients and comprehend their situation. That is why, I am always willing to accommodate my future clients budget.

All my clients from thumbtack and the ones who had reviewed my Business are the best clients I ever had!!!!! They're nice, sweet, generous, Symphatical,giving.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
The last three houses I cleaned, my clients were very surprised of how their house look after I clean, They couldn;t believe their houses could look that clean. The moving-out house I clean, Alicia's husband was so surprised of the way I was cleaning, He thought I was gonna just dust and wipe, but when He went to the house and see that I moved the stove, the fridge, the washer and dryer, he just said, ''I thought you were gonna just dust, wipe and mop, but you are moving everything and cleaning everywhere'' so He just love how clean his apt looked and he even said '' he has never seen the stove that clean''
