- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe we are competitive and available to clean for an emergency situation as well as the flexibility to be at your home for an early morning appointment or the weekend.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm interested in what you need, how often you may need your home cleaned and to provide you with answers to all questions. Don't hesitate to call or text again later if you think of more questions. I'm available. Please call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for Merry Maids many years ago and also Service Master where I learned to enjoy this trade. Between this and growing up in that military family, my goal is to do my best. I treat your home as if it were mine, to ensure you are pleased with the end result.
