We have had a very pleasant business experience with Jeff and Nancy Fullner, the owners of Small Job Industries. They are friendly, courteous and personable. Their rate was very reasonable. The two young men who did the exterior and window cleaning of the entire house, delivered prompt and excellent services. By the way, Jeff, in real person, is the closes Elvis-look-alike we have met, with his side-burn and the magnetic baritone voice.
Sean and Luke did wonderful jobs in pressure washing our driveway and patio, gutters, sidings, and walkways. They also hand cleaned some moss spots on the roofs
and apply Wet & Forget roof treatment. They are both energetic, courteous, and very professional in their manner and thoroughness. Sean also did excellent exterior and interior winder cleaning. We have unusually high ceiling, and he did the job efficiently.
We wish we could give them more than five stars!

Jeffrey pressure washed my house, painted trim, stained outdoor steps and did repairs on hand rails. Jeffrey was friendly and knowledgeable. Did a great job on my house very pleased with the results. I found Jeffrey to be honest who does a great job at a fair price.

Our estimates are based on materials and/or hourly rates. Each contract is different and each situation is unique. Our goal is to complete as much work as we can achieve without going over the customer's budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our business is all about building relationships.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am preparing to be certified to become a home inspector. This is a great addition to our services list and we are excited to be able to help customers with this aspect of the home buying or selling. I attend school during the slow season to keep up on my technical skills.
