- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for Military, Veterans, 1st Responder, Senior Save 10% Minium Service (Current Special) $75.00 Up to 4 Cubic Yards! A minimum service call typically includes 1 to 4 easily accessible bulk items—such as a curbside neatly placed pile, or perhaps garage-placed junk—or 1 to 5 thirty-gallon trash bags of debris, wood, green waste, or other materials. Examples include a chair, old bike, dresser, or roughly one cubic yard of waste. For larger items like appliances, electronics, couches, or refrigerators, please call for a quote. Serving Prescott Valley, Dewey-Humboldt, Prescott, Mayer, and Chino Valley, Paulden. Single Item Only Pickup? No Problem! We Make it very easy! Call For Quote! Need to get rid of a single junk or waste item in Prescott, Prescott Valley, Chino Valley, or Dewey? We offer quick and easy removal, even for just one or a few items, throughout the Quad Cities area. In many cases, single items can be hauled away right away, or the same day. Common examples include yard waste, old appliances, and furniture. Items that don't qualify for the $75 4 Cubic Yard Special, which we may not accept, or might remove for additional fees. Paint, Tires, Freon & Refrigerated Appliances, such as Freezers, Wine Coolers, and Refrigerators. Solvents, oils, fuel, chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, pressurized containers, explosives, as well as biohazards. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact from the customer via ***************************************. We find out the exact service that we provide, that the customer is seeking. Whether it's Junk Removal, a Dumpster Rental, a Dump Run, Bulk Waste, Debris or Yard Waste pickup, Recycling pickup, Donation assistance, and we simply ask for a few critical details to help us accurately quote a pickup of Junk or delivery of a dumpster. Typically we ask for a few good photos of the job that is being inquired upon, what the access is like (Can we pull right up to the job?) or would we have to position our truck, or equipment further away. Are there stairs, or is everything accesible from the first level of the site, home, or building? Are the items inside of a building, or will they be outside, or adjacent to the building, or at the curb, or inside a garage. We can always save you more money on a pickup, if the items are outside, at the curb, or inside a garage, or first floor even.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I Ryan Johnson, started and founded Haul it or Toss it, LLC during the end of the Covid 19 pandemic. We had just moved to the Quad Cities, from the Phoenix Valley region, in lieu of my wife's Fire Department job transfer to Yavapai County. I had been in the Aquatic and Moving space for 20 years. And found when I moved to the area, there was a giant hole, and need for services that could haul things, and deliver items. A lot of the large box stores and commercial businesses at the time struggled to keep employees to do deliveries. Contractors struggled to get their workers to show up, which would typically do their dump runs, and hauling. I bought a trailer and immediately went to work, doing dump runs for a large swimming pool contractor, which then spun into me expanding my business into what you see today. This is why the name is Haul it or Toss it, LLC. Because we began hauling goods, furniture, supplies, and doing Dump Runs. Today we offer Junk Removal, Dump Runs, Dumpster Rental, Recycling, and general disposal services throughout the high country in Yavapai County and the Quad Cities region.
