Pricing is a flat fee. You'll know exactly what the price will be we do not charge by the hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Contact & Discovery: we start by asking a few key questions about your space, the type of cleaning you need (residential, commercial, deep clean, move-out, etc.), and any specific concerns you have. Custom Quote & Service Breakdown: Based on your needs, we’ll provide a clear, upfront quote and outline exactly what’s included. If it’s a larger or more unique space, we may recommend a quick walk-through (in-person or virtual) to give an accurate estimate. Scheduling the Service: Once we agree on the scope and price, we’ll find a time that works best for you. We’re flexible, and we always do our best to accommodate tight timelines or special requests. Cleaning Day: Our professional team arrives on time, with all the necessary supplies and equipment. We follow a detailed checklist and any custom instructions you’ve given us to make sure nothing gets missed. Walkthrough & Follow-Up: For residential cleanings, we often do a final walkthrough with you (if you’re home) to make sure everything meets your expectations. For commercial clients, we provide photo documentation or a follow-up call. Your satisfaction is our priority — if something needs attention, we’ll make it right. Ongoing Service (if needed): If you’re interested in recurring cleanings or ongoing commercial service, we’ll set up a regular schedule that works for you — and keep things consistent with the same core team when possible."
