FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Greet the customer and explain who I am what my company is about. Get to know the customer and figure out what their needs for the home improvements are. Talk about a budget and plan for the job. Schedule a time to meet onsite for a estimate if needed.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My family comes from a long line of contractors, so growing up I always had a summer job doing some type of construction work. After college still enjoying working with my hands I was able to pull some entertainment into the construction background I had and run with it. Directv was first form of TV business I got into when I was in my early 20's. After working with flat screen tv's and a lot of surround sound systems people had I got excited and wanted to work with TVs still but stay in the construction feild. The home entertainment field allowed me to tie in Audio video with small remodels. After a few more years of installing Tv's and satellite for Spencer's I decided to make the move and finally start my own business!
