Excellent service! David responded to my call within one minute and had a plumber at our house within one hour to give us a FREE estimate. The plumber, Joseph, was extremely professional, knowledgeable. and an excellent communicator. We thought we had a burst pipe but he put a camera down the drain and determined it was a clog that needed to be cleared by snaking it. Joseph arrived in a giant company van well equipped with the necessary tools to fix the problem. We also liked that Joseph’s company uniform mentioned autism awareness. Total cost was $325 which we felt was reasonable.

Ben was trustworthy. He discovered the source of the problem, explained exactly what needed to be done, and fixed it without trying to sell me things that weren’t needed. He gave me ideas to keep things working and also let me know the costs of other options. I will definitely be calling this company again for plumbing services in the future.

I liked EVERYTHING about working with Fast Layne Plumbing LLC. I like the act that it had a family style atmospehere, I liked the excellent communication skills they demonstrated... the price was fair what for they did for me... I received an education on the many aspects of the issue I was facing, and I particularly liked the fact that they said if there was any problems with their service, or otherwise, that I was encouraged to call them immediately. This was top shelf service, no question. They are now my go to plumbing service.

The responsiveness was awesome…especially since it was done on a Sunday! The only drawback was the cost seemed somewhat excessive for a sink drain repair.
