Katya Borisova did a very timely and thorough job of appraising my house. She was punctual and efficient with her work. If I needed this service in the future, I would definitely retain Ms. Borisova’s service again.

I contacted Katya Borisova per recommendation from one of my clients who has previously used her services for a home purchase in Phoenix.m, AZ. I was looking at an investment property and wanted to verify the living area and what the house was worth. Katya did a great work explaining her process, provided me with valuable insight of the area and the process and delivered the appraisal with in few days which was what really mattered to me as I had to make a quick decision. Her valuation fees were reasonable and she provided great service and I will certainly use her services again in the future. I highly recommend Katya.

Katya is a very professional and dedicated residential appraiser! We met when she was completing the appraisal on an investment property I was purchasing. It was not an easy appraisal, with multiple complexities and she completed her job with the quality and in timely manner. I highly recommend Katya to any person or institution that needs appraising services.

RealEstateAppraisal LLC was great in handling my appraisal for a client in Scottsdale! Without her expertise my clients would have lost a lot of money. She was able to fill our request within a few days! Highly recommended

How did you get started doing this type of work?
During COVID I had the opportunity to stop and think through my career path. At that time, I already had few investment properties and wanted to expand on my knowledge to be a more effective investor and real estate professional. My first education was in Building and Architecture and I always loved real estate, so becoming an appraiser allowed me to apply both my creative and business skills to establish a business that I love, while giving me the opportunity to support my teenage kids as a single mom.
