Having been a licensed general contractor for 46 years, I have had the opportunity to deal with many mold and asbestos mitigation companies in Arizona and California.In all that time I can Truthfully, say that I have not dealt with anyone in that field that showed more knowledge, professionalism, and determination to complete the job professionally As well as VODA.I was in the process of selling my mothers home in Sun City, Arizona when it was discovered the mold was present in one of the bathrooms. VODA was fast to respond to my request for service and handle the entire job quickly and quite affordably.I would not hesitate to recommend VODA Greater Phoenix to anyone who encounters a mold situation within their property.During the mediation process, I was made aware that Voda also offers many cleaning services as well as restoration service.The entire team at Voda is who you want for all your cleaning and restoration.Five stars all around!!!!!

Absolutely 5 stars - if I could award more, I would! Voda of Greater Phoenix is an amazing company. We cannot recommend them highly enough!The house we are trying to sell had old - and I mean OLD - residual cigarette smoking issues. The original owners, who lived there 20 years, smoked all over the house. Four years later, after removing furniture and closing up the house, the old odor began seeping out to the point that prospective buyers were turned off by the smell.Our attempts to mitigate it ourselves did nothing. (No, baking soda and air fresheners don't work!) Finally, we called Voda after reading many positive reviews. We were impressed from the start with Sandra's friendliness and obvious expertise about our issues.We hired Voda, and they went right to work, first cleaning the vents and then doing a complete scrub down of EVERYTHING, followed by thermal fogging and Ozone treatment. They expertly polished and cleaned our old, stained tile floor. The grout is so clean now!But that was not all they did. They also brought in a handyman to fix several issues, such as broken blinds, a missing toilet paper holder, and missing lights. On their suggestion, we hired a window cleaner who polished the outside windows to a sparkling shine. Sandra and her husband also went to Home Depot and picked up new blinds to replace the broken ones. Their service went above and beyond!After the remediation was finished, some breakthrough cigarette smoke could still be detected. I reported this to Sandra at Voda of Greater Phoenix, who promptly returned to our property. She arranged to have the crew thermal bomb and run the ozone machines for several more days - and did not charge us anything more. The house now smells GREAT and we are in the process of FINALLY selling our home! THANK YOU, Voda. Customer service is top notch and they really stand behind their work.Communication was A++++ with Sandra, who answered all our questions within minutes.We compared Voda's prices with other similar companies, and their prices beat everyone. This service is not cheap, but it's absolutely worth it.

We had Voda Cleaning amd Restoration out to do my shower, bathroom grout, and clean a sectional, and I was blown away by how clean they got my flooring. Erik was the technician, and he was friendly, timely and kept such great communication throughout the cleaning. He had corner shields, so nothing scuffed the walls, and he laid down tarps while cleaning. I felt like my home was treated with so much care, and then to have a fantastic cleaning to boot. 10/10 would recommend this company. The results speak for themselves.
