Within 3 hours of realizing my AC wasn't working, RMS HVAC had it working again. Perhaps due to some luck in scheduling and someone's canceled appointment, Rudy arrived precisely as estimated and was able to diagnose and repair the problem all while explaining what was happening. Whether my simple mind fully understands and retains it is another question. I'd gladly call RMS HVAC if I ever have anymore issues.

The service advisor who came to our house was Rudy Castro. Rudy identified himself immediately when I answered the door and offered his business card. He asked a few questions in order to get our assessment of the problem. After that he went up on the roof to inspect the unit that was malfunctioning. After his initial assessment he returned to discuss with us. He informed us of the parts he thought would be needed to repair and gave an estimate of the cost to repair. I authorized the repair And Rudy left to pick up the parts. Within an hour he had retuned and was installing the needed parts. After installing the parts on the roof Rudy asked to come in and cycle the system using the thermostat. After checking that it was functioning correctly he explained the repair and asked if we had any questions. Rudy also mentioned an offered to change our air return filters. We changed the filters on our own and then paid for the service call and repair. Rudy explained the warranty and made sure he had the correct email address to ensure we got the receipt. He thanked us for calling RMS and left for his next service call. We were very happy with the professionalism and courtesy displayed by Rudy. We appreciate the prompt response and quick and efficient resolution to the problem!

The A/C went out in my rental property and left the tenants boiling in 95 degree interior temps. This company was prompt, gave me all the possible options, as well as completing several different repairs upon request. I will use them again without a doubt.

Came to the house and inspected the a/c unit since it was blowing hot air then cold air then hot air. Determined the part needed was a capacitor after testing everything inside and out. He explained that it would take several hours or so to cool down the house. Fast and easy and not pricey.
