Mitch and his crew did a fabulous job. I really appreciate their professionalism and their use of green cleaning materials. They arrived on time and the work was high quality. I needed a "moveout" cleaning and they did everything I asked, even cleaned my garage floor!

The cleaning crew arrived but left due to the movers still doing their work. They came back several hours later and the movers were finishing up. They did the work and were out in a couple hours. The job was good. I would use them again. It was a good feeling to know I did not have to clean after the big move. You don't realize how exhausting moving is even with a moving company. Thank you for helping us out.

I was assisting my son on his move out and his move to another state. I came in thinking we could handle the clean out ourselves. When I saw all the jobs that needed done, the baths so dirty, oven and fridge, carpet stains, I knew it was just too overwhelming to tackle in addition to him still gathering items to pack, and would set back our timeline to travel. I remembered usung Thumbtack in another city in an emergency need for cleaning and hoped I could get someone here. I live far from here and know no services here. I posted the job and Mitch responded promptly with readiness to tackle it at a moment's notice the following day with his team. They got right to work and were so very thorough in their clean. I learned that Mitch specializes in moves outs so he knew what to expect.if some area was really bad, they tried everything they had to get it the best it could be, including running out to get different supplies. I could not have been more pleased. The house still had some furnishings that were being picked up as well as many loose items still being gathered by my son. They cheerfully worked around it and never got frustrated. Unbelievably, they were even cheerful and in a good humor, which helped in the stressful situation. In addition, since we had a very long trip ahead of us, Mitch offered to take care of the final walk through inspection with the apt. Maintenance . It is part of the service that he offers and he guarantees all the items will pass or he will rectify it. It offered us total peace of mind during a difficult time. When I say Mitch is the complete package and I'm confident you will be extremely pleased, it is not a stretch. I highly recommend Mitch and his team.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    DO NOT LOOK FOR PRICE ONLY! I cannot stress that enough. You will not find Nordstrom quality looking in Walmart.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

    I wish that they know I have 12 years as a city planner and have crossed over a lot of that experience and education into commercial cleaning .I feel this has given me an advantage and I like to educate my clients in regards to cleaning.
