- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our normal pricing is $100 with a membership that generally costs between $24.95 and $64.95 a month! Thumbtack customers receive a $25.00 discount off the immediate work with a monthly software license of only $9.95 a month to protect their computers!.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Simple! One of our employees will call you when we are notified (normally within a couple of minutes), we will gather information and then within a couple of hours, we will have a technician remotely fixing your computer! It's easy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
