Education is very important to me, especially in the nutrition field. It is important to me that I stay current on food data and current issues.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to start my business after seeing a loved one go through a health crisis with no dietary support. The phrase 'its never too late to start' does not apply to healthy eating. It can be too late and processed and unhealthy foods have devastating long lasting effects on our bodies. This prompted me to follow my passions of cooking and nutrition.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common type of order that I complete for my clients is a lunch & dinner for 5 days a week package. My clients enjoy variety and simplicity. When you have quality ingredients, you don't need a butter sauce.
