I had a light out that I thought could be the result of a loose wire. Ian discovered faulty wiring and the inside of the can light box was sparking and melting. He made the situation safe on day one. He came back the next day to rewire and replace all my kitchen lighting. Day 3 he refreshed my breaker box, since a breaker never tripped. He also removed load controller (another fire hazard) and added a whole house surge protecter upon my request.
Everything Ian did was explained throughly prior to proceeding. He was on time, professional and cleaned up before leaving. I can't say enough good things about him or his service. He literally saved my home!

Called for a breaker replacement. They came out and found that my main panel had failed and melted my AC breaker. Immediately shit off power to prevent further damage. Saved my house from burning down. Got my main panel replaced and working in 3 days. So happy I called Ereckson Electric. Upfront about pricing and everything they were doing, and quality of work was awesome.

I initially called for an estimate prior to electrician doing the work. I wanted to get at least two estimates. Overall job was complete, but I thought was too high for two electrical outlets. I did mention I was on a fixed income and didn’t get a chance to budget for the cost.
