Called for a breaker replacement. They came out and found that my main panel had failed and melted my AC breaker. Immediately shit off power to prevent further damage. Saved my house from burning down. Got my main panel replaced and working in 3 days. So happy I called Ereckson Electric. I initially called for an estimate prior to electrician doing the work. I wanted to get at least two estimates. Overall job was complete, but I thought was too high for two electrical outlets. I did mention I was on a fixed income and didn’t get a chance to budget for the cost.

Overall he was likable young man who knew what he was doing. He found the problem which was a gfi which I supplied. However, he never gave me an invoice just told me the amount owed. I thought it was high for work done. After a few days I received the invoice and he didn’t waive the initial service call as stated on Thumbtack which was to not be charged if hired. While I realize electrical work is expensive I think $250 to determine it was a bad GFI, replace it with a new GFI I supplied is too much! I have left messages for him to call and explain so hopefully he’ll call me.
