- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If the floor is in good condition, we can provide a square foot price. Depending on the products, approximately $4 to $5 a square foot installed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our initial phone or email conversation, I will schedule a time for an on-site estimate. At that point we can go over any details or concerns you have.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Me and all my employees are trained and certified with epoxy installation. As well as yearly training classes for new products.
