Worked with GPS to get back patio built. They handled the Permits, Blueprints and construction. Were there when they said they would be, courteous, professional and available at any time for questions. Patio turned out great and the crew was terrific.
Details: I have sketches and/or a basic idea of the project • Replacement of portions of existing structure • Less than 500 sq ft • Residential

Dan,
We very much appreciate your great review of our company and its terrific employees. Your patio looks fantastic and is a high quality, added feature to your home. Mike enjoyed meeting you and he thanks you for the quick tour of the project.
You were equally impressive as our client, it is a pleasure to work with individuals that understand the construction process, know exactly what they want and remain patient as we strive to deliver the best possible end result. We hope we can be of service to you and yours should another home improvement or new addition project take shape in the years to come. Thank you for your business and trust in GPS.

We noticed some mold in our family home and knew it needed attention. I called a few businesses and Global Prevention Services was the first to respond. They expertly assessed the situation and gave me a quote later that day. Not only was their quote extremely comprehensive, it was the best value.
The service people were timely, courteous and respectful. They cleaned up after the job very well.
I can honestly say I would give this company more than 5 stars if that were an option.
As a Real Estate Broker, I will most definitely be referring this company to my clients.

Fantastic experience working with Micheal and the GPS team remodeling my back patio ceiling with stained wood planks. Quote was received shortly after my request and they provided valuable input on the project. The GPS team always followed up on my questions. Once hired, they did an excellent job installing the new wood ceiling on time and in a professional manner. This big project took one week to complete and they always showed up on time and cleaned up after each day of work. One of the best experiences if not the best experience I have had working with a contractor. I would highly recommend working with Micheal and his team. Thank you GPS!

Jeff presented GPS with a terrific and challenging project concept and we are most proud of the final result. We have included one photo of his amazing patio in our Thumbtack profile - the final finish is very striking, thank you for letting us perform this important work.

We have hired GPS for 2 major projects! They removed load bearing walls and installed a beam to open up our living room and remodeled our kitchen! Great quality work, excellent customer service, and reasonable pricing! We will continue to use them for our major projects. (First photo is in an unfinished state because we only hired them to handle the walls. We did the rest ourselves.)
Details: Change the form or function of a portion of a room or structure • Living room • Bedroom • Already have plans - just need installation • No, the project is not covered by an insurance claim • As soon as possible

Kim the Project coordinator was responsive and polite. Rudy and team were AWESOME!! Probably THE BEST construction/project team we have ever worked with!! We have a couple of other upgrade projects on the list...this is the group and company I want working on them. We were not disappointed and in fact are ecstatic about our finished project! I would recommend GPS to anyone.
Details: Yes, the patio will be structurally connected to buildings • Residential

Devin,
Thank you for your great review, I really appreciate your taking the time to recognize the team of people who are the most valuable asset of GPS. Projects like yours bring us great pleasure and pride, as the end results are so rewarding and positive.
We perform a great volume of damage repair and remediation work. These are important projects that bring properties back to like-new condition and get the occupants back to their normal lives. But, additions and improvement projects, like yours, allow us to add value for the owners and fully utilize our variety of skills.
We are here for you for any need, new or old - thank you for your trust in GPS and allowing us to become your contractor resource.
Best regards,

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service does require an on-site visit (provided at no charge in our market areas) so that all the details can be collected to properly service the needs of our clients. No matter if the project is brand new construction, a minor or major remodel or a remediation or emergency situation, true and accurate pricing requires data collection, site awareness and the determinations for equipment, materials, labor and product needs. Those who will quote site unseen will have to change their quote (later on) or have built-in price protection that will only serve themselves.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
GPS is different and much of what we do that separates us from our competitors are trade secrets - literally. But, we can offer in answer to this question that most of our success lies in 'listening'. We are all about the client, their desires and needs or for those looking for direction or advice, we enjoy that too. It is such a simple concept, but so few businesses ever master the art of satisfying their clients - completely, each and every time. We meet with our clients and prospects, follow their lead, and augment their projects when asked to do so. We then communicate continuously until we have delivered on their vision. No lip service, no excuses, just a focused effort to generate results, create associations and enjoy the work and the relationships.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly gaining knowledge, attending seminars & events and our key people are required to maintain their certifications through continuing education. The Founder of the company speaks regularly to audiences within the industry and to real estate professionals, builders and others related to the development, construction and maintenance of real property.
