I feel very fortunate to find Tom I never golfed before now after 7 lessons I go out with my uncle who shot a 36 on the front and I shot a 46 amd he's been playing 20+ years. That has been my second game I ever played. I'm a clean canvas so no bad habits to break just teach me.the game 😆 I'm continuing to take lessons and from game one to game 2 I drastically improved I'm very happy and excited. I'm hooked on the game.😎 Again I feel very lucky to have found Tom, practice is always a blast and rewarding at the same time. Go take a lesson and u will c what I'm talking about. Alex

Tom is an excellent golf instructor. He has helped me add 30 yards to my drives and 10 to irons after just a couple lessons. I've recommended him to friends who have had similar success. And he's really a nice guy to boot!

I've been taking lessons from Tom VanHaaren for the past two years -- about monthly or whenever I wanted a refresher lesson. He's helped me make necessary changes to eliminate tendencies that have been in my golf swing for a long time. He's been a positive influence and I'm sticking with lessons from Tom for the foreseeable future. Next one is next week. Yeah!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$60 half hour, $100 hour for individual sessions. Internet Packages are available. Bring a Friend Package - 2 golfers, $50 each per hour. Clinics can be arranged and packages are available for any size group. Please ask about my Referral Program.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a discussion about your golf game, what you have been working on, what are your goals, what would you like to accomplish. Now lets put together a plan and get busy!

BS Marketing/Professional Golf Management, Ferris State University. Quarter Century member of the PGA of America. 30 years of coaching and teaching golfers of all abilities. Years of experience with Top 100 Instructors in Maryland, Michigan and Arizona. Nominated Golf Instructor of the Year in the Pacific NW PGA. Member of the Troon Academy Instruction staff.
