The whole process with John and GrillCleaners could not have been better. They were super responsive. Came out right away to get the grill and had it back to me a day later. The work far exceeded my expectations. I hadn’t cleaned it in several years and it literally came back looking like brand new. I highly recommend their work!

John was responsive and communicated very well. Returned the grill back on time as promised (over the holidays) to make sure that we were able to host our friends. And the quality of work was fantastic (see pictures). Definitely recommend and will work with him again.

Had an old Treager that needed some love, reached out to bring it back to life. He was very responsive and answered all my questions. Super friendly and patient with all the questions I asked. Was honest about what was needed and what was done. I thought the motor was out and it just turned out that the auger area just needed some love. Sometimes it's hard to find honest good people, I would definitely recommend and use his services again if needed. Thank you kindly sir!

Had John do a propane to natural gas conversion for me. Excellent work and he’s super reliable. He’s also extremely honest. I bought a used grill and asked him if he thought it needed clean up and he said no! He easily could have charged me just to charge me. He’s very consultative. He did the conversion and walked me through what he did and taught me how to use my new/old grill. I’ll be using him for grill maintenance in the future. If I could give 20 stars I would.

We own a 6 year old 32" Summerset Sizzler stainless steel grill with back burner that needed a thorough cleaning. I had only cleaned it once myself but it was a poor attempt. I didn't know what to expect from GrillCleaners, but after they cleaned and reinstalled the grill, it 100% looks and operates like a brand new grill. I thought $299 was a bit much at first but comparatively it's inexpensive for true professionals like them. - Randy
