- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Senior/Retirement Communities discounts available. Gutters only Military and Veteran discounts are available. Gutters only Marketing Discounts are available. Gutters only
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gutters: First initial contact gives me a brief description of what you are looking for. We then schedule a walkthrough. At that time, we identify down spout locations, gutter placement and answer any questions you have. Pricing is typically giving immediately after our walkthrough before I leave your home. Beam installation or replacement: First initial contact gives me a brief description of what you are looking for. We then schedule a walkthrough. At that time, we identify Load baring and engineering required. I can typically give you a price at the first initial walk through. Full remodel: First initial contact gives me a brief description of what you are looking for. We then schedule a Design walk. At that time, we will discuss your plans and what is required to accomplish them. At the design walk we will also discuss Budget and Timelines. Budget and timeline are the two most important topics to discuss early on to meet a realistic approach and expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold degrees in Project Management for Construction and Business Administration including a career in construction from residential to commercial. I started as a "yardy" and worked my way through the ranks as lead, foreman, superintendent, safety officer, project engineer, project manager and now Owner. My career has help set my company up in a way that is unique and informative to the homeowner.
