Art contacted me on a Friday night. Came out the next dayt on Saturday to look at the drywall damage on two sides of the same wall done by a leaky drain pipe. He suggested a thoroughly reasonable price that we agreed to. He showed up the next Monday morning with all the supplies he needed to complete the task (dry wall, mud, tools, fans, vacuum, brushes, etc ...) and even insulation. While he was here, I asked him about two stones that had come loose from the external facade of my house, and he said he could take care of those. I tried to give him extra money for fixing the stones, and he handed it back to me saying "No - this I do for you." He didn't even count the money I gave him. If ever I have another small job, I will call him immediately. He seems like a very honest & hard worker. The repairs were excellent.

We needed Art to repair several loose and cracked tiles in 2 different areas of our home. He gave an estimate and I informed him we had already hired someone from thumbtack. unfortunately the other person never showed. I contacted Art and he showed up an hour later. He assessed the tiles needed replaced and informed us we needed a few more tiles repaired to properly fix the area and adjusted his estimate price. His price was completely reasonable. He then completed the project in both areas in a few short hours. Everything looked great, we assessed he work after the tiles completely dried and could be walked on. Glad to say they looked great and have had no issues. Will definitely call Art again if needed he did great job and was very pleasant and professional to work with.
