Yessenia was great! She responds quickly and is very communicative if she is running a little behind from a previous cleaning. She got right to work and let me know what her flow is. She uses a mixture of her own cleaning products and then if you have any preferences for specific things she uses yours if you ask! She did a great and thorough job with everything. House feels great :)
