We try to be clear and upfront so customers understand what is included before moving forward. We are happy to review the project and provide pricing based on the actual scope.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start by learning about the project, the space, the customer’s goals, and the type of cabinetry they are looking for. From there, we review measurements, photos, style preferences, and budget range. Then we help with layout ideas, cabinet options, finishes, pricing, and next steps. Once everything is approved, we order the cabinetry and coordinate the installation process.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from years of working directly with kitchen design, cabinetry, remodeling projects, product selections, layouts, installation planning, and client project management. We have worked on many cabinet projects and understand how to help clients make smart choices that improve both the look and function of their homes.
