Apparently, this company is behind the free airline tickets promised to Vacation Destinations 365. What is being said is that Vacation Destinations 365 hired Tier 3 to get clients to view their presentations. Then, Tier 3 got the clients via free airline offers. Vacation Destinations 365 apparently hired Travel Services out of Tampa to handle the promotion for a fee. However, according to both Travel Services and Vacation Destinations 365, Tier 3 is not honoring the deal they made with Vacation Destinations and thus Travel Service cannot honor those clients who have followed all the rules on their Marketing materials. What a web that has been weaved here. Anyway, Travel Services is refunding any money spent via this timeshare promotion. Vacation Destinations 365 is sending new travel vouchers issued through a company called Executive Tour & Travel Services, Inc. out of Daytona. But the cost of the inconvenience is irreplaceable. I cannot find Tier 3 Marketing via the BBB in Scottsdale, AR., which is perplexing. Apparently, litigation is ongoing.
